1. Cancellation Policy

At DCEC Online Education, we believe in the quality of our content. However, if you feel the course does not meet your expectations, you can request a cancellation within 72 hours (3 Days) of the purchase date.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• The request must be made within 3 days of payment.
• You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
• Course Notes/PDFs should not have been downloaded in bulk.
• The refund policy is valid only for the first purchase of a specific course.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

• The access to the course will be revoked immediately.
• The amount will be refunded to your Original Payment Source (UPI/Bank/Card).
• It typically takes 5-7 business days for the money to reflect in your account.
